Rope Access Tech -
Window Cleaner

We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious rope access technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
-IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 (or equivalent) certification
-Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
-White Card (Construction Induction)
-Experience in commercial construction and/or rope access window cleaning.
-Strong understanding and adherence to OHS guidelines.

Skills & Attributes:
Ability to apply rope access techniques to a high standard.
Efficient, self-motivated, and capable of delivering billable work independently.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Equipment & Transport:
Own rope access kit and basic tools (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (potential for a company vehicle in the future).

Rope Access Tech -
Tradeperson

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Tradesperson to join our team. This role requires a combination of trade expertise and rope access proficiency to perform a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair tasks at height.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
-IRATA Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) certification.
-Relevant trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, welding, or similar).
-White Card (Construction Induction).
-Experience in commercial construction and working at heights.
-Strong understanding of OHS guidelines and safe work practices.

Rope Access Project Manager

We are open to hiring an experienced Rope Access Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-rise maintenance, construction, and inspection projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality.

‍Essential Qualifications & Experience:
-IRATA Level 3 (preferred) or extensive experience in rope access operations.
-Project management experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial rope access.
-White Card (Construction Induction)Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.
-Experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning to executionLead and manage rope access teams, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and compliance checks.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and implement safe work procedures and job-specific method statements.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
